In order to guarantee my safety, I ask all new clients to undergo a standard screening process. Please fill out the screening form below, or send me an email (meetmsalma@gmail.com) with a brief introduction, along with the following information: 

• Your full legal name
• Your personal or work phone number and email address (I will never contact you without your permission)
• Your LinkedIn or Professional Website 
• A photo of you holding your driver's license (you may cover everything but your name)
• Date, time and package requested 

You may also include:

• 2 references from reputable providers (please include names, websites, and contact information)
• Your P411 Handle 

A 25% deposit is required for all first time clients. Deposit must be sent at least 24 hours before the start of our booking.

Cash is always preferred. I also accept Venmo and Cashapp. 

All cancellations within 48 hours of our appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, sent via Venmo or Cashapp. 

I appreciate it when my friends shower before we cozy up. Maybe we can shower together?
